Covid-19 Impact and Shipping Delays Don't Delay - Order Today!

We urge you to order as early as possible and allow extra time due to the impact of Covid-19 on shipping and warehouse functions.

Our carriers have informed us that typical shipping times are likely to be at least 1 - 2 days longer than pre-Covid transit times. Since the pandemic began the volume of both mail and ground packages has reached and surpassed the carriers' projections through 2023. The carriers did not have the time needed to expand their infrastructure in order to handle the rapid increase in volume.

Yes, SHOPtheWORD's orders are still being delivered. However, delivery times may be delayed. You can find updated delivery times on the cart page, and at checkout. These delivery times are estimates based on delayed deliveries via USPS and FedEx. Some deliveries have been delayed up to 14 business days. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed (such as schools) as this will result in further delays.

USPS and FedEx are both experiencing delays and may temporarily require more time to ship due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In some cases, staffing reductions have meant packages are being routed to different facilities, which could delay your order.

Check your email (including spam folder) for your original tracking email. If you have created an account prior to purchase, login to your account and view your orders here. Review this tracking info and see when the carrier is expected to deliver. Please know that all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. There is a possibility that your order could be delayed up 14 business days.
