John Siebling

John and Leslie Siebling are the founding and senior pastors of The Life Church, a thriving, multicultural body of believers committed to serving people, developing leaders and impacting generations. The Life Church has grown from the main location in Memphis, TN to include other local, national and international locations. From the central location in Memphis, TN, Pastor John's teachings brings insight and encouragement to thousands through The Life Church's livestream presence. John and Leslie live in Memphis, TN with their two children, Anna and Mark. Wayne and Claudene Francis lead the New York location of The Life Church. Wayne and Claudene were the founders and lead pastors of the former Authentic Church, which merged with The Life Church in early 2020. Wayne is a dynamic communicator who is passionate about building the local church and seeing people find real life in Jesus. Wayne and Claudene have been married for 20 years and have two beautiful teenage daughters, Haleigh and Ryleigh. Wayne loves to cycle and takes great pleasure in turning any floor into a dance floor.
